Privacy Policy

MacTechEdu Solutions (“MacTechEdu”, “we”, “us”) is based in Hyderabad, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms:

• Student inquiries: your name, email address, phone number, current qualification, intended course, preferred intake, test-preparation needs, application stage and your message.
• Business inquiries (technology, hiring, managed services, service partners): your name, company, job title, work email, phone number (optional), and the details of your requirement.
• Career profiles: your name, email address, phone number, location, role or skill area, experience, preferred work model, work authorization, LinkedIn profile and your résumé (PDF or Word, up to 5 MB). Please do not include government ID numbers in your résumé.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. To protect our forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated abuse when you submit a form.

Why we use it

We use your details only to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• consider your profile for current and future roles (career profiles);
• keep a record of our communication with you.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed.

Who processes it for us

Your submission is sent to us by email. The following providers handle it on our behalf, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, for website hosting and spam protection.
• Resend, for sending the form email to us.
• Microsoft and GoDaddy, for our email.
• Google, for the mailbox that receives inquiries.

Some of these providers may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and career profiles only as long as we need them to respond to you. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.

You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and its forms, and we limit access to submissions to the people who need them to respond.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
